What QuiltCraft is

QuiltCraft is a web-based design studio for quilters and adjacent fabric crafters. We provide tools to design quilt blocks and quilts, and to store files associated with your craft and personal use, including fabric photos, pattern PDFs, inspiration imagery, and personal files you choose to keep alongside your craft work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Union, or whatever your local minimum is) to create a QuiltCraft account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Accounts are personal — please don't share yours with others.

Your content

You own what you upload. We don't claim any rights to your designs, fabric photos, or files. By uploading, you grant us a license narrowly limited to storing, backing up, and showing the content to you (and to anyone you explicitly share with via a share link).

Acceptable use

QuiltCraft storage is for personal use — quilting and craft files, plus the photos, scans, and personal files that live alongside your craft. You agree not to:

• Upload anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material or content you don't have the right to share.
• Use QuiltCraft as a public file-distribution service or a business storage tier for content unrelated to your personal craft.
• Re-share copyrighted patterns or designs you purchased under a single-user license — those are for your own use.
• Attempt to bypass quotas or abuse rate limits.

Payments & refunds

Paid plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe. If QuiltCraft isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing us — no forms, no questions. Renewals are charged on the anniversary of your initial purchase; you can cancel at any time and continue using the plan until the period ends.

We respect copyright. See /dmca for our notice-and-takedown procedure. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Service availability

QuiltCraft is provided as-is. We strive for high uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Your data is backed up daily, and your exported pattern PDFs and uploaded files are downloadable from your Library at any time.

If we go away

If QuiltCraft ever ceases operations, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to download all your files in standard formats before any deletion. We will not hold your data hostage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, QuiltCraft's total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll email you and post a notice in the app at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
